My stay had some highlights but also significant drawbacks. The surroundings were absolutely stunning and I enjoyed the unique casita accommodations. However, dining was a hassle with long waits, and I faced multiple service issues that really detracted from what could have been a memorable experience. The pricing didn't align with the overall quality, making it feel like I wasn't getting my money's worth.
My stay at the resort was truly relaxing, with stunning views of the mountains and well-maintained grounds. The spacious rooms were comfortable, but the bathroom could use an upgrade. Dining options were diverse and enjoyable, though the breakfast could have been better. Overall, it was an excellent retreat with a few minor shortcomings.
My experience at the Hilton El Conquistador was quite disappointing overall. While I appreciated the unique casita accommodations and the friendly service from some staff members, the disorganization surrounding check-in and room assignments was frustrating. Additionally, the issues with luggage delivery affected our wedding night significantly. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the chaos caused by other events made my stay less enjoyable than expected.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches left a positive impression, especially the kind gesture for our anniversary. However, the accessibility issues caused some frustration during our convention visit, and the distance from the main facilities dampened the experience a bit. Overall, the grounds were beautiful, but the service could use better organization, particularly during busy times.
I had an amazing family reunion at the resort with friendly and accommodating staff who made our event seamless from planning to execution. The Last Territory venue was breathtaking, and the food was excellent, making for a wonderful experience overall. However, I did hear some complaints regarding the dining reservations and had an unfortunate experience with cold water during my stay, which could be improved.
